All orders are shipped within 12-24 hours from our warehouse in Niagara Falls, NY.  Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door and usually arrive in 3-5 business days. 

You will receive an order confirmation that you used when placing your order. If you have not received a confirmation email, please reach out so that we can ensure that we have the correct email on file for you.

If you require an address change, please let us know within 3 hours after order placement. Beyond that, your order will most likely have proceeded to fulfillment and we will not be able to make adjustments at that point.

If your product arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible.

Products must be returned within 14 days. Please provide a picture of the damaged product for the returns process and include it with your email to sales@threecrowbeardco.com. From there we will work to provide you a replacement product. Please do not send products back before you've received verification that your order will be replaced.
